All rates include 20/30/50 amp outlets at each site. Rate includes electric, water, sewer, WiFi and cable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Early Departures ~ No refund will be given-No Exceptions


  • "No Shows" ~ No refund will be given - No Exceptions


  • FOR NON-HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT OR RALLY CANCELLATIONS ~ You will forfeit the first night if you wish to be refunded or you can hold your booked nights as credit to use in future* without penalty.


  • FOR HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT OR RALLY CANCELLATIONS ~ NO REFUNDS,: however, you can hold our booked nights as credit to use in future* without penalty.



  • *Please note: Any "held credit" expires within 1 year of cancellation date.
